No. We charge a simple flat placement fee of $1000 for 6–8 framed artworks displayed in your listing for 30–60 days. This includes delivery and installation-ready pieces, with no monthly rental fees.
What materials do you use for your art prints?
Our prints are produced using premium archival materials and professionally framed for a refined, gallery-quality presentation. Each piece is crafted to elevate luxury interiors while maintaining lasting beauty and detail.
How do we start collaborating?

Are your artworks for sale or just for staging display?
Our artwork is available for both staging display and purchase. Pieces elevate the listing during the marketing period, and interested buyers may purchase the displayed artwork or request a custom framed print through us.
What if a buyer wants to keep the artwork after closing?
If a buyer falls in love with a piece, they may purchase the displayed artwork directly or request a custom print and framing package through us. We coordinate everything separately, making it a seamless experience for both agent and buyer.
Do you work with interior designers too?
At this time, our focus is exclusively on partnering with real estate agents to elevate listings with art that helps homes stand out and connect with buyers.
